How Do I Get Started?

The quickest way to get started is to pay at any time of day and start filling out my information intake system via the website.

Make payment or ask questions by email.

You make payment by cash or check in my office or by credit or debit card through www.paypal.com
You must also give me in person or mail a money order made out to the Lincoln County Court Clerk.

You wait 90 days.  (About 8 days in the case of a separation or annullment.)

Step 3:

I mail you the certified copy of the Divorce Decree and you're done! (Please note I can mail it to you anywhere, it does not matter if you move out of state.)
